We have completed many successful leases and sales and pride ourselves on our customer care, consistent communication, and long-term client relationships. Although we needed to cancel our initial plans for your showing due to a family emergency, we reached out to you immediately and provided over 6 hours of notice. In addition, we remained in contact to reschedule. In the interim, the owner of the condo changed their plans from leasing to selling and the lease listing was removed. We are sorry you felt frustrated about no longer seeing the unit available online and the assumption may have been, the lease went to someone else. Sadly, your response was to create a negative review and include a personal attack. I would have gladly taken your call and clarified any misunderstanding.
